I started this group with the hopes that women would come together to learn from other women, be able to talk about everything from work to family to clothes and have fun all at the same time. So far so good. In the past, we had a private tour of Anchor Steam from a woman brewmiester, a talk on 401k and investing for women (led by a woman-run financial group), had a cheap-wine tasting party (we drank it all) and learned how to screen print (amongst many other activities).
